Sometimes people spend so much time making plans in life that they don’t have time to execute those plans. I am also a patient to that kind of disease (yeh it is, very tough to cure).I had planned so much but have not done anything close to pass percentage, in simple words, all my plans have failed. Not just in one department of life but several of them, if not all. This has caused a recession in my life…lol.
One instance of my planning failure is my blog, I had planned to do so much but have not even started on what I had planned. Along with that I had planned to join a football team, talk about football(on my blog), football was my life at one time, but now I don’t even watch an ArsenaL match completely, maybe I have sacrificed my passion for my career, that’s what happens in India , you are judged only by your academic scores.
Everything is not coming as easy as it use to, I am getting a feel of what the real life is, the Mumbai life, a struggler’s life, its some what like a reality bite, it may be good, but it’s a very tough stage to handle. What u need most is patience. But that’s not all, beside’s that you have to work towards want you want. These 2 simultaneously are pushing you real hard to see what you are made up of.
Why does this happen ?,Maybe because I did not care for what I had earlier and was just happy with what I had thus I made my present (at that time)good but spoilt my future(my present now).
I spent my 2 weeks off from college just planning where to go, I spent weeks finding out what should I do…An internship or join a football team? Ended up doing none . I spent months thinking what kind of chic I want, in the end lost (not lost exactly) all what I had…lol. It’s good to laugh because that’s the only thing positive you can do, so that you can keep planning and finally come to the light at the end of the tunnel. Some people prefer not getting into the tunnel in the first place, but I say get into it, it’s like an adventure. If you don’t know what darkness is you wont value light (woahh…I can talk sense too)
Life is somewhat like a company, with its ups (prosperity) and downs (recession), the need for restructuring, planning is needed. So all I need to do is re structure my life and get back to business. BBA is good man, it helps you not only in managing companies but also your own life (just realized that), but don’t do it from nmims, specially those guys who are normal and need chics around them for motivation: P
This was a management blog in the true sense and I am most happy with this blog because I have made use of crappy economics.
Tips for dealing with the recession in life (those who don’t know what recession is, I envy your life, I wish I could be so “care a damn” like you)
-take everything positively
-be patient, there will be a recovery phase.
-If just this could help, I would have tried it myself
I know you are bored of all this gyaan, lecture. Next time I’ll surely talk about something lighter, ciao.
